We extend a warm welcome to everyone attending Spott Church which is linked to Belhaven Parish Church in Dunbar.
Our minister is the Reverend Neil H. Watson B D (Hons)
Neil Watson became the minister of Belhaven Parish Church in October 2017. Put forward as a candidate for ministry by Lothian Presbytery and trained at New College in Edinburgh, Neil is married to Elizabeth and they share the manse with their Jack Russell Terrier, Rudi.
Coming to the realisation himself that this life is not the only thing on offer but that there is hope, comfort and meaning to be had through an everlasting relationship with God, through Jesus, Neil loves sharing that with the people of Belhaven, Spott and the wider Dunbar area.
Having grown up and lived in the Lothians all his life, Neil is passionate about seeing God move throughout its counties, so it is an absolute privilege for him to be called by God to minister in East Lothian.
“I am excited about the journey God has in store for us and hope to be the minister here for many years to come!”
